The Austin brand is extending its dairy-alternative portfolio across higher-protein milk, shelf-stable formats and seasonal coffee occasions as sales momentum accelerates.
MALK is expanding beyond its refrigerated core with Whole MALK, shelf-stable Coconut and Cashew Milk, and Cinnamon Creamer, creating its broadest product slate to date. The Austin-based dairy-alternative brand is entering protein, the pantry aisle and the autumn coffee occasion while retaining its stated focus on products without oils, gums, natural flavours or fillers. The move matters because it places the brand in more consumption occasions without abandoning the formulation standards that have defined its range.
Whole MALK is the centrepiece of the expansion and is positioned as the company’s direct alternative to dairy milk. Its organic blend of coconut, cashew, soy and pea protein provides 12 grams of plant protein per serving, alongside calcium, iron, vitamins and other minerals. MALK frames the protein content as a baseline expectation in the category, making the product’s ingredient exclusions a central part of its proposition rather than relying on protein alone.
The new shelf-stable Coconut and Cashew Milk formats move two established flavours from the refrigerated section into pantry storage. Cinnamon Creamer extends the brand’s coconut-based creamer line with an organic coconut base and real cinnamon, while Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk returns as a seasonal item and Holiday Nog returns for the autumn and holiday period. Whole MALK is available at Whole Foods Market, Target and Sprouts for $6.99, while the shelf-stable milks are available through Amazon for $6.99 and Cinnamon Creamer retails for $6.49 at selected retailers.
The portfolio expansion follows a reported 29% year-to-date increase in sales, including 46% growth across traditional and mass retail. MALK also says its range has grown from three products in 2021 to 20, with sales exceeding $94 million and 1.4 million units in 2025. Those figures connect the new products to a wider effort to extend distribution and reach occasions that include everyday milk use, stock-up shopping and coffee preparation.
MALK’s latest range shows how plant-based dairy brands can pursue growth by widening format and usage rather than relying only on new flavours. The company is combining a higher-protein proposition with pantry convenience and seasonal relevance, while keeping its ingredient standards consistent across the expansion. Its next phase will therefore be measured not only by the number of products added, but by how effectively those products convert the brand’s existing positioning into routine household use.
