Freestyle skier Janelle Yip fronts a US campaign built around in-store displays and cold-weather outings.
Electrolit has launched a US holiday retail campaign featuring professional freestyle skier Janelle Yip. The beverage brand is using winter sports and travel to give shoppers a seasonal reason to think about hydration, from packing for a ski trip to stopping for supplies on the road.
The Holiday Hydration campaign is built around in-store displays at participating retailers. Electrolit names convenience chains 7-Eleven and Circle K alongside grocers and mass retailers including Albertsons, Kroger, Walmart and H-E-B. That mix puts the campaign in front of shoppers both during a regular grocery trip and on the way to a winter outing.
Yip, an Electrolit-sponsored athlete, gives the displays a direct link to the winter activities the brand is highlighting. Electrolit also plans a sweepstakes with ten $1,000 The North Face gift cards and Electrolit winter gear in the prize pool. The sweepstakes had yet to open at the time of the announcement, with eligibility and rules still to come.
The campaign is scheduled to run through early January 2027 at participating US retailers, while supplies last. Electrolit says timing and offers may vary by retailer.
