The front-end tool brings live copy, image and messaging updates into Tambourine’s Symphony platform, reflecting a wider push to simplify hotel content operations.
Tambourine has added Presto, an AI-assisted front-end editor, to Symphony, its hotel and destination content management system. The tool allows hotel website clients to edit copy, swap images and adjust content directly on live pages, without navigating a back-end system or requiring technical expertise. The move places content changes closer to the guest-facing experience while giving hotel teams a faster way to maintain digital information.
Presto combines point-and-click editing with built-in tools that can generate, extend, shorten or polish written content. Tambourine says the system is designed to help users improve clarity, grammar and tone while keeping messaging aligned with individual property standards. Its focus is therefore not only speed, but also greater consistency across the material that hotels publish online.
The functionality covers updates to promotions, imagery and messaging, allowing Symphony users to make changes in real time. Tambourine also positions the tool as a way to simplify workflows by removing the need for back-end editing, while helping properties respond to seasonal campaigns and changing market conditions. The company’s wider product suite spans sales, marketing, revenue, reservations and website technology for hotel brands in 47 countries.
Breno Sisnando, Tambourine’s vice-president of website platform development, said the product removes friction from traditional content-management processes by enabling hotel teams to edit where the content appears. Christina Davis, senior vice-president of product and operations, said the integrated AI is intended to give marketers and creators more control while supporting brand consistency and polished copy. Those comments frame Presto as an operational change as much as a software feature.
For Tambourine, the addition broadens Symphony from a system used to manage hotel website content into a more immediate editing environment. The company’s emphasis on live changes, simplified workflows and assisted writing points to a practical application of AI in hospitality marketing: reducing the distance between a team’s decision and the digital experience seen by guests.
