The company’s Artuzan platform brings menus, memberships, media and operations into one system as luxury operators seek more continuous guest relationships.
Uptown Network has introduced Artuzan, a unified platform built around its Guest Experience Architecture, or GeX, model for luxury hospitality. The company said the system is designed to help restaurants, hotels, private clubs, wineries and cruise lines manage continuity-based emotional guest relationships rather than treating each visit as an isolated transaction. The announcement reflects a narrower shift in hospitality technology towards organising the full guest relationship around connected experiences, data and ongoing engagement.
The company’s release describes an industry moving beyond reservations and transactions towards more persistent, membership-driven relationships. It argues that existing dining and hospitality tools often remain disconnected, with an emphasis on individual transactions rather than a joined-up experience. GeX is presented as an operating model intended to make each interaction build on previous engagement and contribute to a continuing relationship with the guest.
Uptown Network structures the model across four layers: an Experience Layer covering menus, memories and in-venue interactions; a Membership Layer for wine lockers, personal cellars and loyalty programmes; a Media Layer for storytelling and brand expression; and an Operations Layer covering inventory auditing, real-time data, visibility and control. Artuzan connects those elements through integrated digital menus, wine programmes, inventory audits, guest engagement and in-venue media. The release said operators can begin with individual components and expand into the wider platform over time.
The practical proposition is to turn familiar hospitality touchpoints into parts of a longer engagement system. The release said menus can become interactive experiences, wine programmes can extend into ongoing memberships, and media and personalisation can continue beyond a visit. It also attributed to Master Sommelier George Miliotes, who said Wine Bar George had worked with Uptown Network for years and had seen the technology support more engaging and personalised interactions.
Uptown Network said Artuzan brings together capabilities it has developed and deployed over time, now arranged as a cohesive platform for implementing GeX. Its stated applications include home-cellar-linked wine memberships, dynamic menu and brand storytelling, enhanced gifting and loyalty models, and venue-driven media. By presenting those functions as one operating system while allowing staged adoption, the company is placing continuity, rather than a single reservation or purchase, at the centre of its hospitality technology proposition.
