Accor is planning around 350 new addresses across more than 45 brands in 2026, extending its hospitality portfolio from luxury yachts and palaces to urban hotels.
Accor is planning around 350 new addresses across more than 45 brands during 2026, spanning hotels, resorts, restaurants and other hospitality offerings in established and emerging markets. The programme ranges from the Orient Express Corinthian sailing yacht and a Venetian palace hotel to new properties in cities, coastal destinations and mountain regions. It illustrates how the group is using a broad brand portfolio to pursue growth across multiple travel segments rather than concentrating on one geography or format.
The luxury pipeline is led by Orient Express, which is extending its railway heritage to the sea with the Orient Express Corinthian. The 54-suite sailing yacht is scheduled to make its maiden Mediterranean voyage in June 2026, travelling between Marseille, Corsica and Liguria, before beginning a Caribbean season in October. On land, Orient Express Venezia at Palazzo Donà Giovannelli is scheduled to open in April 2026 after an eight-year renovation of the 15th-century Venetian palace, with 47 guestrooms, suites and salons.
Accor’s wider luxury portfolio includes planned openings for Raffles in Jeddah and on Shura Island in the Red Sea, alongside Fairmont The Red Sea and Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Centre. The group is also introducing the Emblems Collection to North America through the renovated Rimrock Banff in the Canadian Rockies and developing new MGallery properties in destinations including the Maldives, Phuket and Puglia. These projects combine destination-led design with amenities such as spas, wellness facilities, private villas and convention space.
The growth plan extends beyond luxury. Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe is set to mark Pullman’s debut in the Caribbean, while Pullman properties are planned for Vietnam, New Zealand and Montenegro. Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles are also represented across the schedule, including a 2,058-key Novotel conversion in Makkah, a 334-key Novotel hotel and residences project in Dhahran, and a 283-room Pullman in Ninh Binh.
For Accor, the planned openings connect premium travel, lifestyle hospitality and more accessible accommodation within one expansion programme. The company says the developments will broaden the choice available through ALL Accor, its booking platform and loyalty programme, which has more than 100 million members. With properties scheduled across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, the 2026 pipeline positions Accor’s next phase of growth around a wider range of destinations and traveller needs.
