The partnership with Diamonds International extends branded payment plans across more than 125 jewellery locations, linking travel retail with flexible financing at sea and ashore.
ClarityPay and Diamonds International are launching a branded financing programme across more than 125 fine jewellery locations on leading cruise lines and in international port destinations. Announced on June 9, 2026, the partnership brings point-of-sale credit to a retail setting shaped by travel, limited time and purchases that customers may wish to consider before completing. The arrangement matters because it carries financing beyond a conventional shop environment into a network spanning ships, ports and online channels.
The programme is built around the Diamonds International Financing Account, which ClarityPay says offers instant approvals of up to $50,000 and a range of financing options. The release also refers to True 0% offers and coverage across all customer segments, while noting that approvals are for qualified applicants and are determined by the programme lender. Loan terms described in the release range from six weeks to 84 months, with annual percentage rates ranging from 0% to 36% depending on factors including credit and state of residence.
The partnership is designed to operate across the customer journey rather than only at checkout. ClarityPay and Diamonds International said they are collaborating on integrated marketing before, during and after a voyage, while working with cruise-line partners to reach guests at key moments throughout their trip. ClarityPay’s release also describes the system as omnichannel, with the financing programme intended to work across port locations, ships and digital channels.
For Diamonds International, the operational challenge is to make credit work consistently across a geographically dispersed retail network and a travelling customer base. The company’s chief commercial officer said ClarityPay addressed the customer journey, marketing, sales-associate experience and technology required to operate internationally and at sea. ClarityPay’s chief commercial officer positioned the arrangement as a tailored and branded financing experience for customers making significant purchases in distinctive travel settings.
The announcement places point-of-sale finance within the wider infrastructure of destination retail, where the purchase environment extends beyond a fixed high-street location. Diamonds International, established in 1988, operates across the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska and has a presence aboard leading cruise lines, according to the release. For ClarityPay, the programme demonstrates how its stated pay-over-time model can be adapted to a specialised retail context while keeping the brand experience connected across ship, shore and online touchpoints.
