The hospitality textile supplier is expanding high-durability bedding designed to reduce replacement pressure while maintaining hygiene and a premium guest-facing feel.
Guangxi Hanbi Textile Co., Ltd., known publicly as HANBI, is expanding its high-performance hotel bedding solutions globally, positioning longer-lasting linens as a way for hotel owners to manage procurement costs. The company says its bedding can extend product lifespan by 30% compared with standard industry alternatives, while retaining the structure, whiteness and tactile quality expected in hospitality settings. The move places the often-overlooked textile layer of the hotel room alongside mattresses and other core operating assets in the discussion around return on investment.
HANBI operates a vertically integrated manufacturing model that covers the supply chain from raw yarn to finished product. It combines in-house research and development with a direct factory-to-hotel approach, which the company says helps hospitality partners including Howard Johnson and Accord Hotels reduce procurement overhead by 5% to 10%. That model is aimed at a category where frequent industrial laundering can accelerate deterioration and create recurring replacement costs for hotel operators.
The company attributes the durability gain to reinforced weaving technology, alongside pre-shrinking and high-temperature setting. HANBI says these processes help sheets maintain their shape, whiteness and crisp appearance for up to 30% longer than standard alternatives. Its wider catalogue includes high-thread-count cotton bedding, towels and bathrobes made with long-staple cotton, as well as pillows, slippers and customised amenity kits.
Hygiene is another part of the positioning. HANBI says it applies standards used in its hospital bed-sheet production to its commercial hotel towels and linens, with core products manufactured under safety standards intended to make them skin-friendly and free from harmful irritants. The company’s offer therefore combines operational claims about durability and delivery with a guest-facing emphasis on comfort, cleanliness and consistent presentation.
HANBI also cites a 98% on-time delivery rate and says 90% of its clients have remained with the company for at least three years. Alongside supplying finished textiles, it presents itself as an OEM and ODM partner able to prototype a signature look and scale it across properties. For hotel groups managing multiple sites, the proposition is less about adding another room accessory than about consolidating a repeat-purchase category around durability, hygiene and direct manufacturing control.
