The travel technology platform is adding Conferma support to its reshopping engine, linking payment continuity with automated savings for corporate travel programmes.
Oversee has added support for Conferma-powered virtual card payments to its reshopping and rebooking engine, allowing travel management companies and corporate travel teams to rebook trips originally paid with a Conferma-generated Virtual Credit Card. The platform automatically issues a new single-use card for each approved rebooking through major global distribution systems, without requiring action from the traveller or agent. The development extends automated fare and itinerary management into a payment workflow that can otherwise interrupt the rebooking process.
Conferma’s payment technology generates secure, single-use virtual cards for travel bookings. According to Oversee, those cards are designed to strengthen payment security, reduce fraud risk and simplify reconciliation among travel management companies, global distribution systems and travel suppliers. By carrying the payment method through the reshopping lifecycle, the integration connects the financial controls of virtual cards with the operational process of identifying and securing travel savings.
Travel management companies can enable the capability with minimal configuration, while retaining their existing payment workflows. Oversee says the automated flow supports payment continuity and is intended to protect travellers from disruptions during the rebooking process, while giving finance teams control over spend and reconciliation. Support is available across major global distribution systems, and the capability is available immediately to Oversee customers and travel management company partners worldwide.
The move places payment flexibility alongside automation as a practical requirement for corporate travel technology. A rebooking opportunity can depend not only on finding a lower fare or different itinerary, but also on being able to replace the original payment credential securely and at the right point in the transaction. Oversee’s integration addresses that operational link directly, reducing the need for manual intervention while preserving the controls associated with single-use virtual cards.
Oversee said the addition broadens the payment options available to its customers and helps ensure that savings opportunities are not blocked by payment limitations. The company describes itself as an AI-based travel management platform serving more than 7,000 customers, over half of the Fortune 500 and major global travel management companies. Its Conferma capability therefore represents a focused expansion of an existing automation platform, with the emphasis on making rebooking more consistent for both corporate travel teams and the intermediaries that manage their programmes.
