The private-club owner has appointed hospitality executive Javier Rosenberg as chief operating officer, placing service standards and member experience at the centre of its operations.
Concert Golf Partners said on May 12, 2026, that it had appointed Javier Rosenberg as chief operating officer, giving the hospitality executive responsibility for day-to-day operations across its nationwide portfolio of private golf and country clubs. The company said the appointment would support its focus on consistent service, operational performance and member experiences. Rosenberg, who will be based at Concert Golf’s headquarters near Orlando, succeeded co-founder Susan Dunnavant, who retired in 2025.
Rosenberg joined the company after holding senior positions spanning hotel operations, real estate and investment management in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He was previously president of Northwood Hospitality and Americas president and chief operating officer of Carlson Rezidor, now known as Radisson Hotel Group. According to the release, he oversaw more than 1,300 properties while at Carlson Rezidor, bringing experience of managing service standards across a large and geographically dispersed estate.
His earlier career included serving as general manager of Raffles Hotel in Singapore, alongside executive roles at Knightsbridge Partners, InterContinental Hotels Group and Swissotel. Concert Golf chief executive Peter Nanula said Rosenberg brought more than 30 years of experience in hospitality organisations, including building teams, establishing consistent service standards and managing guest experiences. Rosenberg is a Boston University hospitality management graduate and a past recipient of a Young Hotelier of the Year award, the company said.
The appointment places hotel-sector operating experience within a private-club business that said it had grown to more than 40 properties across the US. Founded by Nanula and Dunnavant in 2011 after they worked together at Arnold Palmer Golf Management, the company described its estate as stretching from The Club at New Seabury on Cape Cod to TPC Monterey at Pasadera in California. Its stated model combines investment in facilities and amenities with collaboration with local management teams and preservation of each club’s identity and traditions.
For Concert Golf, Rosenberg’s remit connects portfolio-level oversight with the daily service delivered by individual clubs. He said he intended to strengthen consistency while supporting onsite teams, framing the role around applying global hospitality experience without displacing local operations. The appointment therefore reflects the company’s emphasis on running a growing collection through common operational standards while retaining the distinct character it assigns to each property. How that balance is managed will shape the member experience across the portfolio Rosenberg now oversees.
