The recognition places DIAMO’s AI-powered revenue platform within a travel-technology category increasingly focused on combining pricing, marketing and operational support.
DIAMO has been named “RMS Platform of the Year” in the 2026 TravelTech Breakthrough Awards, recognising its revenue management and digital marketing platform for independent properties. The award was announced on May 6, 2026, by the company and the TravelTech Breakthrough programme, which evaluates travel-technology companies, products and services. The announcement matters because it presents revenue management as a broader commercial function for smaller hotels, rather than a tool limited to room pricing.
The platform is designed for independent hotels and combines automated room pricing, digital marketing and expert revenue support. According to the release, its AI-powered system automates pricing decisions and responds to changes in market demand, while allowing properties to customise pricing strategies around their revenue goals. The company also says its onboarding process is designed to let properties begin using the platform with minimal operational disruption.
DIAMO’s marketing tools cover search-engine marketing, metasearch advertising and sponsored placements on Booking.com and Expedia. The release says those capabilities are intended to improve conversion and direct bookings while reducing reliance on third-party commissions, with users retaining control over campaign budgets. Its AI-powered copilot, Andi, analyses competitor rates in real time and historical performance data from property-management systems to help configure and monitor revenue strategies.
The award submission also reflects the company’s emphasis on combining software with human guidance. DIAMO says its support team includes US-based revenue managers who advise clients on strategy rather than providing software assistance alone. TravelTech Breakthrough Managing Director Bryan Vaughn said the platform addresses the wider revenue challenge facing independent properties by bringing pricing, visibility and direct-booking opportunities into one approach, while the programme’s recognition remains an organisational opinion rather than an independent performance certification.
In the release, DIAMO describes its service as purpose-built for smaller properties including boutique hotels, bed and breakfasts and independent hotel groups. The company says the platform can help hoteliers increase direct bookings and boost revenue by up to 35%, while saving time, although those figures are presented as company claims. With the recognition adding external visibility to its positioning, DIAMO’s next task will be to demonstrate how consistently its combined AI and advisory model translates into measurable results for independent operators.
