A planned SaaS platform will bring quoting, inventory, scheduling, CRM and analytics into one system, reflecting a broader push to modernize software in specialized trades.
VINSI.AI and TGC Glass Coatings/Window Innovations are partnering on a software platform designed specifically for window film dealers and installers. Scheduled to launch in late 2026, the system will combine functions including quoting, ordering, inventory management, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, invoicing and business analytics within a single service.
The announcement addresses a familiar technology problem in specialized trades: businesses often depend on a mixture of spreadsheets, general-purpose applications and manual processes because software tailored to their particular workflows is limited. That fragmentation can require information to be moved between systems and may leave companies paying for multiple subscriptions that each handle only part of their operations.
The planned platform attempts to consolidate those activities around the way window film businesses actually operate. While the companies have not disclosed detailed technical specifications, pricing or the precise role artificial intelligence will play, the proposed scope stretches from the beginning of a customer interaction through ordering, installation scheduling and invoicing. Bringing inventory and analytics into the same environment could also give operators a more consistent view of activity across those stages.
The partnership combines TGC’s experience in glass coatings and window film with VINSI.AI’s focus on business automation software. That industry-specific collaboration is notable because the challenge for vertical software is often less about reproducing familiar tools such as CRM or scheduling than about connecting them in ways that reflect the routines and terminology of a particular business. For smaller dealers and installers, an integrated system could also reduce the administrative burden of maintaining several separate applications, provided it can accommodate the differences between individual operations.
With the product still months from its planned release, its practical impact will depend on execution, adoption and how effectively it replaces rather than simply supplements existing systems. Still, the project illustrates a wider shift in business software toward purpose-built platforms for industries that have historically adapted generic technology to specialized workflows. VINSI.AI and TGC are currently seeking businesses interested in early access ahead of the planned late-2026 launch.
