A four-guest itinerary combines private aviation, premium tickets and hospitality, illustrating how affluent sports travel is being packaged as an end-to-end experience.
Virtual Hangar® is offering a limited-availability Big Game weekend itinerary for four New England fans, combining private aviation, game access, official NFL experiences and luxury accommodation. The package, marketed by UberJets | Virtual Hangar®, is priced at $120,000 to $140,000 in total, depending on hospitality and event selections. Its significance lies in the way a major sporting occasion is being sold not simply as a ticketed event, but as a fully managed journey from departure to return.
The experience is structured for two couples and begins with a nonstop private-jet departure from Providence, Rhode Island, on the Friday of Big Game weekend. Guests are scheduled to stay three nights at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero, providing a central base in the Bay Area. The itinerary is designed to remove commercial-airline travel from the journey while coordinating arrival, accommodation, transport and game-day logistics within one booking.
The package includes four verified Big Game tickets seated together, with access sourced through authorised NFL hospitality channels. Saturday’s programme includes the Official Super Bowl Experience, described as the league’s fan event featuring immersive exhibits, interactive activations and NFL programming. Guests are also scheduled to attend Sting at Studio 60, an official Big Game weekend concert experience produced by NFL hospitality partners.
The return journey is planned for Monday morning, when guests are scheduled to fly from the Bay Area back to Providence aboard their private aircraft. Virtual Hangar says the itinerary includes end-to-end execution, allowing the travel provider to manage the operational details surrounding the weekend. That structure places coordination and access alongside the aircraft itself as part of the premium proposition.
Availability is limited to the four-person package, and Virtual Hangar says the experience will not be replicated once filled. The offer therefore sits at the intersection of private aviation, sports hospitality and luxury travel, with the high total price reflecting a bundled model rather than an isolated flight or ticket purchase. For the company, the itinerary extends private-jet booking into a more curated form of occasion-based travel.
