The marketplace is adding all-inclusive event spaces across four cities, bringing venue hire, food, drinks and staff into a single upfront reservation.
Peerspace is adding All Inclusive Venues, a booking category that combines a venue, food, drinks and staff in one reservation. The service is currently live in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and London, with Chicago and Atlanta scheduled to join by the end of the year. The move extends the marketplace beyond space discovery towards a more consolidated approach to event planning, where guests can see one upfront price rather than coordinate several suppliers.
The category is aimed at bookings where the venue is only one part of the requirement, including private events, corporate meetings and productions. Peerspace says the model is designed to reduce the back-and-forth associated with arranging a full-service space, removing the need for contact forms and callbacks before guests understand the total cost. Its marketplace connects guests with more than 50,000 spaces, including lofts, mansions, storefronts and studios.
Examples named by the company include Wandering Barman and Telephone in Brooklyn, alongside The Academy SF and Rick & Roxy’s in San Francisco. The listings combine venue access with food or beverage options and staffing arrangements, while the broader category is presented as a single booking rather than a sequence of separate enquiries. Guests can browse the offering through a “Food and drink included” filter on the Peerspace platform.
For hosts, Peerspace says listing an All Inclusive Venue is free and can open access to demand from events, corporate meetings and productions. The company also points to tools including custom proposals, calendar synchronisation and a performance metrics dashboard. It plans to extend the category to Washington D.C., Miami, Toronto, Dallas, San Diego, Seattle, Austin, Denver and Houston, and expects to add more than 1,000 such venues in the coming months.
The launch reflects a practical shift in venue marketplaces: simplifying the transaction can matter as much as expanding the inventory. Peerspace says its total booking value has passed $800 million since its 2014 founding, while All Inclusive Venues adds a service layer to the company’s existing hourly-rental model. If the format scales as planned, its significance will depend on whether hosts can standardise bundled offerings without losing the flexibility that has traditionally defined venue hire.
