The project places residential space within a larger campus combining offices, hotel accommodation, fitness facilities, outdoor areas and a growing collection of dining and lifestyle concepts. The announcement illustrates how the developer is positioning housing as part of a broader, hospitality-led destination rather than as a standalone apartment building.
RT500 is one of two residential towers planned under the Round Table Residences brand, which the release describes as part of the wider Round Table Resort concept. The Park, formerly known as Connell Corporate Park, is undergoing a reported $500 million redevelopment intended to bring an urban-oriented mix of uses to a suburban setting. Its 185-acre campus includes a 176-room Embassy Suites hotel, a 112,000-square-foot Lifetime Fitness centre, more than 1.5 million square feet of office and flexible workspace, and outdoor trails and parks.
Inside RT500, residences are planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary quartz worktops and wood-plank flooring, alongside a palette of neutral tones. The amenity programme includes a fitness centre, co-working spaces, a game room with a multi-sport simulator, and a rooftop entertainment lounge and deck connected to a rooftop pool. The leasing office opened on June 1, 2026, temporarily operating from the Embassy Suites at 250 Connell Drive while construction continues, while the release reported an anticipated move-in date of August 1, 2026.
The building’s proposition extends beyond its internal amenities. The release says residents will have direct access to selected retail and to offerings being added along District Drive, including Café Exchange, Dogtopia, Boschetto, Doner Shack, Greatness Wins, Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, Emberside Brewery, Rosa Azul, BASH and MODO Hi-Fi Listening Bar.
