A limited guest deployment at The Dvin places BEN’s conversational AI inside hotel workflows, testing whether automated requests can complement personalised luxury service.
Brand Engagement Network, Inc., known publicly as BEN, has moved its AI Concierge into a limited guest-facing deployment at Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin in Yerevan, Armenia. The system has completed internal testing and staff validation and is being used by guests in a select group of rooms. The project is BEN’s first hospitality-sector implementation, placing its enterprise conversational technology in a setting where service requests must translate into direct operational responses.
The deployment connects BEN’s AI securely with the hotel’s existing systems, internal workflows and service processes. Guests can use QR-based activation and integrated messaging to request room service or housekeeping, obtain property information and arrange spa or restaurant bookings. Those interactions are routed directly to the relevant hotel departments, turning conversations with the AI Concierge into tasks for staff to fulfil rather than leaving the technology as a standalone information service.
The initial phase covers only part of the 153-room and suite property, giving BEN and The Dvin a controlled setting in which to evaluate guest interactions and refine service workflows. The companies say the deployment is intended to produce operational data on performance, accuracy and reliability while supporting hotel employees. BEN’s technology is designed to process multiple requests simultaneously, which the company says can reduce waiting times and allow staff to concentrate on more personalised interactions.
BEN and The Dvin began their collaboration in May 2025, followed by development, knowledge refinement and integration with the property’s operations. BEN chief executive and co-founder Tyler Luck characterised the guest deployment as a step towards applying governed AI in real hospitality environments while retaining the human element of luxury service. Artak Tovmasyan, The Dvin’s creator, president and supervisory board chairman, similarly positioned the concierge as a means of adding data-informed capabilities without displacing the brand’s human-centred approach.
The project shows how conversational AI can move beyond answering questions when it is connected to the systems that organise service delivery. For BEN, whose Engagement Language Model supports interactions across text, voice and avatar-based experiences, the hotel provides a live environment for examining how its technology handles varied requests and operational rules. The limited scope also gives both organisations room to assess the system before any wider property deployment, making execution and reliability the immediate measures of progress.
