Kodiak has added three seasonal products to its breakfast and baking range, bringing peppermint, hot cocoa and gingerbread to two formats. The limited-time launch pairs a boxed muffin mix for baking by the batch with two cups that make a single warm muffin in about a minute.
The Peppermint White Chocolate Muffin Mix pairs the coolness of peppermint with white chocolate. Made with 100% whole grains, it yields 12 to 14 muffins per box and provides 12 g of protein per serving as prepared. The batch format makes it the option for a shared breakfast or a tray of holiday snacks.
The cups bring the same seasonal idea to a smaller serving. Hot Cocoa with Candy Cane contains 11 g of protein, while Gingerbread contains 12 g. Both call for a quarter cup of water or milk before microwaving. The two formats let Kodiak use holiday flavours for different occasions, from baking for a group to making a quick breakfast for one.
