One notable addition addresses a growing concern as businesses allow AI agents to interact with operational systems: knowing whether a person or an automated process made a change. Flowfinity now provides a virtual user lookup that identifies whether records were updated by a human or by an AI agent through Model Context Protocol, giving administrators a clearer audit trail for compliance and oversight.
The update also expands the platform’s role in field operations by adding more sophisticated geospatial data collection. Workers can capture geocode-verified location information at the point of work and connect it directly with business processes, an approach intended to bridge the gap between gathering geographic data in the field and using that information to trigger or inform subsequent operational decisions.
