A new Causion music video filmed at The Verandah Antigua extends Elite Island Resorts’ creative partnership with local talent and promotes the island through culture.
Elite Island Resorts and Antigua’s Reggae Ambassador, Causion, have released a music video for Causion’s latest single, “Feels Like I’m Dreaming,” filmed at The Verandah Antigua. Announced on June 25, 2026, during Caribbean Heritage Month, the project combines resort imagery with Antiguan music and cultural storytelling. It is the fourth music video collaboration between Causion and Elite Island Resorts, according to the company.
The release places the project within a tourism message centred on Antigua’s landscape and creative identity. It says the video includes aerial footage of The Verandah Antigua’s beachfront setting, clear waters, tropical landscapes and coastline, presenting the island as a summer destination while also highlighting its artistic character. The approach reflects a narrower form of destination marketing in which local music helps shape how a place is introduced to prospective visitors.
The collaboration also draws on Causion’s established public role in Antiguan culture. The release describes him as having spent more than three decades using music to promote his homeland internationally and notes that he received the Commander of the Most Precious Order of Princely Heritage in 2024. Previous projects with Elite Island Resorts named in the announcement include “Antigua Me Come From,” “Caribbean Vacation,” “Sunny Day” and “Tropical State of Mind.”
For Elite Island Resorts, the video is presented as part of an ongoing commitment to local arts, culture and homegrown talent. Chief Commercial Officer Kari Tarnowski said the company believes stories about Antigua are most powerful when told by people who live there, while Causion said the new song was intended to convey the beauty, peace and joy associated with visiting the island. Those comments frame the partnership as both a promotional effort and a platform for Antiguan creative voices.
The release further connects “Feels Like I’m Dreaming” with Elite Island Resorts’ broader “A Love Letter to Antigua” initiative, which includes creator-curated itineraries, a 360-degree interactive island map and cinematic destination storytelling. The company’s resort portfolio spans properties in Antigua, Barbados and Panama, while this latest collaboration keeps the focus on Antigua’s cultural and visual identity. Its significance lies in extending a continuing partnership in which music serves as a route into the destination’s story.
