Management agreements covering hotels in Washington and Montana extend the company’s membership-led approach into the Pacific Northwest and deepen its presence in the American West.
Gravity Haus acquired management agreements for three properties formerly operated under the LOGE Hotels brand, extending its adventure-lifestyle hotel and membership model into Washington and adding a second destination in Montana. The agreements cover the former LOGE Westport in Westport, Washington; LOGE Missoula in Missoula, Montana; and Alta Crystal Resort in Enumclaw, Washington. The company said the properties would be rebranded and integrated into its portfolio, taking its network to 13 locations across seven US states and British Columbia.
The expansion follows disruption within the adventure-travel hospitality segment that the company attributed to changing demand and higher operating costs. According to the release, LOGE Holdings closed several properties across the Mountain West and Pacific Coast in early 2026, creating uncertainty for staff and local communities. The properties’ lender, The Academy Fund, subsequently selected Gravity Haus to manage and revive the three locations.
Each property gives the operator a distinct base for outdoor-focused hospitality. Gravity Haus Westport is on the Washington coast, with access to surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, while the Missoula site is positioned around the city’s fishing, cycling, hiking, food and arts offerings. Alta Crystal sits near Mount Rainier National Park and activities including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and climbing. The release said planned additions across the properties included co-working facilities, local partnerships, fitness, dining, community programming and membership benefits.
The agreements also advance Gravity Haus’s pitch to property owners as both a brand and an operator rather than a separate franchise and third-party management combination. The company said its model connects properties with more than 4,000 active members, alongside its food and beverage concepts, co-working infrastructure, wellness amenities and organised experiences. The Academy Fund chief executive Bill Militello described the management team as focused on generating net operating income and aligning the interests of owners, guests, communities and the operator.
The May 13, 2026 release reported that the three properties were expected to begin operating under the Gravity Haus brand and management in summer 2026, with programming, membership integration and food and beverage concepts due to roll out during the year. No exact opening dates or source-confirmed outcomes were provided. For Gravity Haus, the agreements broaden the geographic reach of a model built around lodging, membership and outdoor activity while placing its owner-alignment proposition at the centre of the expansion.
