VEVOR is promoting a product-led backyard staycation plan that combines outdoor shelter, pool equipment, food preparation and open-air entertainment for family use.
VEVOR is positioning the backyard staycation as a practical alternative to a more travel-intensive summer, urging families to transform ordinary outdoor space through a series of manageable projects. In a June 16, 2026, release, the home improvement brand outlined a weekend plan built around assembling a shaded lounge, improving pool maintenance, creating an outdoor food station and adding a movie screen. The approach matters because it frames home improvement not only as maintenance, but also as a shared leisure activity.
The release presents the project as a family exercise, with different household members measuring, assembling, organising equipment and helping secure the installation. Its central proposition is that a backyard can become more inviting through several smaller upgrades rather than one large renovation. VEVOR also says its products are designed for everyday “Home Creators”, linking the staycation concept to the broader task of making domestic spaces more usable.
The first stage centres on the VEVOR Gazebo Screen Tent and VEVOR Oversized Camping Chairs. According to the release, the pop-up canopy creates a 144-square-foot sheltered area, uses Oxford fabric and mesh, and includes six sidewalls, while the chairs have reinforced steel frames rated to 450 pounds and built-in coolers. The plan then adds the VEVOR FlashPure Sand Filter Pump for an above-ground pool, followed by a commercial ice maker rated for up to 120 pounds of ice per day and an outdoor pizza oven paired with a rolling preparation cart.
The final element is the VEVOR Inflatable Movie Screen, which the company says includes an air pump, can be assembled in minutes and requires no permanent installation. That combination broadens the proposition from outdoor furniture or equipment into a complete sequence of activities: sitting in the shade, swimming, preparing food and watching films outside. The release’s emphasis on shared setup and repeated use suggests that VEVOR is presenting its catalogue as a way to organise time at home, rather than simply as a collection of individual products.
The campaign also directs shoppers to VEVOR’s summer sale and identifies the company’s Houston store at 10951 Farm to Market 1960 Road W. In its company description, VEVOR says it operates in more than 50 countries, has more than 200 global warehouses and offers over 15,000 SKUs across tools, outdoor equipment and home improvement. The backyard staycation plan therefore serves as a compact expression of the brand’s broader pitch: practical equipment can support both household projects and the everyday experiences those projects are intended to make possible.
