The air carrier’s latest Department of Defense audit approval highlights the compliance and operational requirements underpinning its government and defence transportation work.
Jet Logistics Inc. has successfully completed its 2026 Department of Defense Commercial Airlift Review Board audit, preserving its qualification to support U.S. Department of Defense air transportation requirements. The announcement, issued by JLI Group Holdings, Inc., links the certification to National Military Appreciation Month and the 15th anniversary of the company’s GovOPS™ division. It also places regulatory compliance at the centre of Jet Logistics’ effort to expand its government and defence contracting business.
The DoD CARB review sits within a wider set of operating standards identified by Jet Logistics. The company describes itself as an IS-BAO Stage-3 and DoD CARB-approved FAA Part 135 operator with worldwide operating specifications. According to the release, it has consistently met Department of Defense air-carrier audit requirements since 2012, a qualification the company says is held by only a small fraction of FAA Part 135 carriers nationwide.
Jet Logistics said its GovOPS™ division has supported U.S. government agencies with air transportation solutions since 2011. The release names the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice and United States Marshals Service among the organisations supported, alongside the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Over the past 15 years, the company says it has performed thousands of air ambulance, special-mission and passenger flights under blanket purchase agreements, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contracts, and mission-specific government awards.
The certification therefore represents more than an isolated compliance milestone within the company’s account of its operations. It supports the contractual framework through which Jet Logistics provides aviation services as both a prime contractor and subcontractor for federal, state and non-governmental agency programmes.
