Treasure Beach Village adds 101 multi-bedroom suites, six dining concepts and family-focused amenities, extending the resort’s capacity for larger shared stays.
Beaches Resorts has opened Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos, a US$150 million oceanfront expansion on the resort’s western property. Set along Grace Bay Beach, the new village adds 101 multi-bedroom suites alongside six dining concepts and a range of family-oriented experiences. The development broadens the resort’s accommodation mix while placing larger, multigenerational stays at the centre of its proposition.
The new room categories are designed around groups travelling together, with layouts that prioritise shared living space and flexible sleeping arrangements. Oceanfront CrystalSky four-bedroom Reserve Villas extend across more than 2,600 square feet over three storeys, accommodate up to 10 guests and include private pools and rooftop decks with telescopes. The two-storey Chairman’s Penthouse Suite also sleeps up to 10 across three bedrooms, while Oceanview Two-Story Suites offer two- and three-bedroom configurations with bunk beds, dining nooks and outdoor living areas.
Dining is another major part of the expansion. Butch’s Island Chop House brings the Sandals Resorts steakhouse concept to a Beaches resort, with prime dry-aged steaks, seafood and an adult-oriented drinks menu. Pinta Food Hall combines four culinary stations serving options including tacos, Asian stir-fries, Italian dishes and grilled food, while BRÜ Coffee Bar focuses on Blue Mountain coffee during the day before shifting towards craft cocktails in the evening.
The village also adds a 15,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with three whirlpools, a waterslide, splash zone, swim-up bar and shallow areas for younger children. Its Starfish Cinema is the brand’s first, offering a 32-seat setting for daytime sitcoms and family film nights, while the wider resort experience remains accessible to guests, including 28 additional dining options, the 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Water Park, land and water sports, entertainment and Kids Camps.
The opening forms part of a broader expansion plan for Beaches, which says nearly US$1 billion is being invested to double its footprint over the next several years. That programme includes prospective growth in Exuma, Jamaica, Barbados and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. At Treasure Beach Village, rates start at US$1,060 per person per night, with children’s rates from US$47, positioning the new accommodation as a higher-capacity extension of the brand’s all-inclusive family model.
