Atlantis Paradise Island will host the 15th Battle 4 Atlantis in November, pairing nationally televised NCAA competition with room, ticket and courtside packages.
Atlantis Paradise Island will host the 15th annual Battle 4 Atlantis in The Bahamas this November, bringing NCAA Division I men’s and women’s basketball programmes to the resort’s Imperial Arena. The tournament is scheduled for November 24–27, 2026, with the women’s competition running from November 24–26 and the men’s bracket from November 25–27. For Atlantis, the event again places a major college-sports property inside a destination-resort setting, connecting live competition with the wider guest experience.
The tournament’s format gives Atlantis a sports-led proposition that extends beyond individual games. The resort describes Battle 4 Atlantis as an early-season college basketball event, while the release positions the competition alongside the beaches, dining, nightlife, casino, Aquaventure, Dolphin Cay, marine habitats and golf available on Paradise Island. That combination keeps the announcement focused on an in-person event but frames attendance as part of a broader stay rather than a standalone sporting visit.
The 2026 women’s field includes Davidson College, the University of Florida, the University of Notre Dame and West Virginia University. The men’s field comprises Marquette University, the University of Memphis, Mississippi State University, Penn State University, Texas A&M University, the University of Virginia, Wake Forest University and Xavier University. Atlantis says fans can purchase room-and-ticket packages, including new All Access Tickets with courtside seating and admission to every game across both tournaments.
Television will broaden the event’s reach beyond guests on the island. The tournament is scheduled to appear across ESPN platforms, including ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN+, ACC Network and SEC Network, enabling coverage of the games from Paradise Island. Match-ups and game times had not yet been announced in the release, which preserves a distinction between the confirmed tournament dates and the remaining event schedule.
The return of Battle 4 Atlantis also gives Atlantis a recurring platform for linking hospitality, entertainment and college sport without changing the event’s central competitive structure. President and Managing Director Audrey Oswell said the tournament has become a showcase for championship-calibre programmes and future stars, while the release notes that Atlantis recently completed a $250 million renovation and introduced new resort partnerships. With the 2026 field and broadcast framework set, the next stage is the release of detailed match-ups and game times.
