The compact E6 ECO pairs Intel’s new Wildcat Lake-based Core 3 processor with Wi-Fi 7, local AI capabilities and triple-display support for everyday computing needs.
BOSGAME is preparing to launch the E6 ECO, a compact desktop that offers an early look at how Intel’s new Wildcat Lake platform could shape the next generation of entry-level PCs. Scheduled for a global release on August 15, the Mini PC uses Intel’s Core 3 processor 304 and is aimed at everyday workloads ranging from office tasks and remote work to web browsing and media streaming.
The processor is notable because Wildcat Lake succeeds Intel’s previous N-series entry-level lineup while retaining an emphasis on efficiency. The Core 3 304 operates at a 15-watt base power level, positioning the E6 ECO for users who need a modest desktop without the size or power requirements of a conventional tower. BOSGAME has paired the chip with dual copper heat pipes and a hydraulic-bearing fan intended to keep the system stable and relatively quiet during regular use.
AI capabilities are also becoming part of this lower-cost computing category. Intel AI Boost provides the E6 ECO with an integrated neural processing unit rated at up to 15 TOPS, while combined NPU and GPU performance reaches approximately 24 TOPS, according to BOSGAME. The system supports Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted productivity functions, although the announcement does not specify how performance compares with more powerful AI-focused PCs.
Connectivity may be just as significant for the E6 ECO’s intended audience. Despite measuring only 129 by 128 by 44 millimeters, the computer includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and a full-function USB-C connection supporting 10Gbps transfers, DisplayPort output and Power Delivery. HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 connections allow the system to drive as many as three displays.
The E6 ECO ultimately illustrates how features once associated with higher-end computers are filtering into smaller mainstream machines. New wireless standards, dedicated AI processing and multi-display connectivity are increasingly appearing alongside the traditional priorities of affordability and efficiency, potentially making compact PCs more capable alternatives for routine desktop computing. BOSGAME has not provided pricing in the announcement, leaving cost as an important unanswered factor ahead of the August launch.
