The casino resort’s third consecutive New Jersey Top Workplace designation arrives alongside its eighth-anniversary programme and a planned restaurant opening.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has been named a New Jersey Top Workplace for 2026, extending its run to three consecutive years and placing the casino resort at number 13 among New Jersey companies with 500 or more team members. The recognition, announced on June 22, 2026, also places Hard Rock as the only Atlantic City casino on the state’s list of 125 Top Workplaces. The result gives the resort’s anniversary celebrations a workforce-related marker as well as a hospitality and entertainment focus.
The designation is based on anonymous team-member surveys conducted by Energage, which the release describes as an independent human-resources technology and research firm. More than 1,000 team members at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City participated in the survey programme. That methodology places employee feedback at the centre of the announcement, distinguishing the award from recognition based solely on guest reviews, operating performance or corporate submissions.
George Goldhoff, president of Hard Rock Atlantic City, attributed the result to the resort’s team members and said the recognition coincided with its eighth anniversary in Atlantic City. The release connects the achievement with Hard Rock’s stated “Love All, Serve All” value, describing employees as responsible for bringing that principle to guests through their commitment, passion and dedication. The remarks frame the workplace award as an organisational achievement rather than an individual management accolade.
The announcement also outlines the resort’s eighth-anniversary programme. The release reported that Hard Rock Atlantic City had scheduled North Beach’s annual fireworks display for Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9 p.m., with free public viewing locations throughout the north end of the Boardwalk. It also reported that James Taylor and his All-Star Band were scheduled to perform at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Alongside those events, the release reported that the casino resort had planned to debut Sitar, an upscale Indian restaurant combining modern styling, cultural influences, live music and Boardwalk views. The restaurant, anniversary programming and workplace ranking place employees, entertainment and dining within the same account of the property’s current positioning.
