The resort group is pairing creator-led itineraries, interactive mapping and community storytelling to encourage travellers to explore Antigua beyond traditional resort stays.
Elite Island Resorts is putting destination discovery at the centre of its summer marketing with “A Love Letter To Antigua”, a campaign focused on the island’s culture, history and natural beauty beyond the resort experience. The initiative combines creator-co-designed itineraries, cinematic storytelling and a 360° interactive map intended to help travellers plan experiences across Antigua. The move positions the resort group’s properties as gateways to a wider destination rather than standalone holiday settings.
The campaign spans Elite Island Resorts’ Antigua portfolio, including Galley Bay Resort & Spa, Hammock Cove Antigua, Pineapple Beach Club Antigua, The Verandah Antigua and St. James’s Club & Villas. Its social series allows audiences to vote, submit questions and participate in polls as content creators develop itineraries around attractions such as Nelson’s Dockyard, Devil’s Bridge, rainforest trails and local celebrations. That structure gives potential guests a role in shaping the travel content before they arrive.
The accompanying 360° Antigua map features the island’s beaches, natural harbours, cultural sites and lesser-known places, with integrated video and creator recommendations. The group is also offering a fifth night free at The Verandah Antigua for eligible stays, with the promotion expiring May 31, 2026, for travel from May 1 through September 30, 2026. A national parks film narrated by Antiguan reggae artist Causion extends the campaign’s focus to protected landscapes and historic areas around Devil’s Bridge and Nelson’s Dockyard National Park.
The campaign also ties destination promotion to the resorts’ community and environmental programmes. The Verandah Antigua produces water, beer and nursery plants on site, while Pineapple Beach Club supports literacy initiatives, operates a turtle sanctuary and showcases products from neighbouring villages. Galley Bay Resort & Spa supports schools, scholarships and staff development, and uses measures including hydroponic gardens, greywater irrigation and glass recycling, according to Elite Island Resorts.
For the company, the programme broadens the role of resort marketing from selling accommodation to framing a more complete experience of Antigua. Its combination of participatory content, digital planning tools and local references reflects an effort to connect the group’s hospitality offer with the island’s wider cultural and natural assets. The campaign leaves Elite Island Resorts with a destination-led proposition in which the resort stay is one part of a more expansive Caribbean itinerary.
