Three sold-out July performances marked Barry Manilow’s return to Westgate Las Vegas, where a lifetime residency now combines live entertainment with expanded fan access.
Barry Manilow returned to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino’s International Theater with three sold-out performances from July 9–11, 2026, according to the property’s July 16 announcement. The shows followed a period in which Manilow postponed performances to undergo surgery after being diagnosed with lung cancer. His return was described by Westgate as an emotional milestone, with audiences responding through applause, standing ovations and singalong participation. The result was a high-profile recommitment to the Las Vegas stage that has hosted his residency since 2018.
The performances sit within Manilow’s continuing Las Vegas residency, rather than representing a standalone concert run. Westgate said Manilow signed a lifetime residency agreement with the property in 2024, which it described as the first of its kind for the resort. The arrangement places the International Theater at the centre of a long-term entertainment proposition built around a recognisable performer and an established catalogue. It also gives the venue a recurring cultural anchor while retaining the format’s connection to Las Vegas show-business history.
The production, titled Manilow: Las Vegas – The Hits Come Home!, includes songs such as “Mandy,” “Copacabana,” “Can’t Smile Without You” and “I Write the Songs”. Westgate also highlighted a new VIP Gold Pass offering, which gives guests access to Manilow’s private memorabilia room, including his Grammy, Emmy and Tony Awards, costumes and other career items. The package additionally includes VIP theatre entry, lounge access, a complimentary cocktail, a limited-edition laminate and an exclusive gift. Those details extend the concert experience beyond the performance itself, adding a curated access element to the residency.
The announcement also links the stage return to Manilow’s current recording work. Westgate said What A Time is his 33rd studio album and his first nearly all-original LP since 2011’s 15 Minutes, with collaborators including Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Dave Cobb and Gary Barlow. The album’s mix of orchestral pop, ballads, R&B, heartland rock and gospel gives the residency a contemporary release point alongside its established hits. In business terms, the release presents the performer’s live, archival and recorded work as connected parts of one ongoing proposition.
Additional Westgate performances were reported as scheduled throughout 2026, including dates from July 16–18, August 20–22, August 27–29, September 17–19, September 24–26, October 8–10, October 15–17, November 5–7, November 12–14 and December 3–5, December 10–12 and December 17–19 for A Very Barry Christmas. The schedule keeps Manilow’s presence embedded in the property’s entertainment calendar after the sold-out July return. For Westgate Las Vegas, the announcement therefore reinforces a residency strategy centred on continuity, repeat visitation and a deeper relationship between performer and venue.
