The company put its 2910 nm fractional fibre laser at the centre of its exhibit in San Diego, where sessions covered resurfacing techniques and scar management.
Acclaro Medical showcased its UltraClear fractional fibre laser at the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery’s 2026 Annual Meeting in San Diego. The company used the 4–8 November meeting to show how clinicians can adjust treatment depth on a single 2910 nm platform.
Acclaro describes UltraClear as a cold ablative fibre laser. The company’s exhibit highlighted uses ranging from superficial resurfacing to a technique it calls Laser-Coring. The FDA’s 510(k) summary identifies UltraClear as a prescription device for dermatological procedures requiring resurfacing, coagulation or ablation of soft tissue.
The meeting gave clinicians several ways to examine resurfacing in practice. Acclaro highlighted podium presentations and education on fractional and full-field approaches, treatment considerations for skin of colour, and scar management. A hands-on workshop also covered energy-based devices.
The exhibit at booth 527 put the device alongside that wider discussion of technique. The announcement outlined the topics and treatment approaches on show. It did not report comparative outcomes for recovery time or patient comfort.
