The booking platform is promoting poolside sports viewing, holiday celebrations, family escapes and spa access as alternatives to overnight hotel stays.
ResortPass has unveiled a summer collection of hotel daycations built around sports viewing, holiday gatherings, family activities, pool access and wellness, all without requiring an overnight stay. Announced on June 25, 2026, the selection reflects how hotels can package existing amenities as bookable daytime occasions rather than limiting them to staying guests. The company said the experiences are available to book through its platform, spanning properties across the United States.
Sports programming is one strand of the offering. ResortPass and Hilton reported that they had partnered on poolside viewing parties for the Colombia versus Portugal match scheduled for June 27, 2026, at select Florida properties including Hilton West Palm Beach, Beach House Fort Lauderdale and Hilton Tampa Downtown. The release said guests were scheduled to receive poolside screens, complimentary cocktails, passed appetisers and themed giveaways, while other listed venues offered private cabanas, dedicated televisions, rooftop pools and match-day food and drink.
The collection also positions hotel pools as settings for Independence Day plans and family outings. ResortPass reported that more than 70% of its Independence Day reservations come from locals, and highlighted experiences including a Fourth of July pool party at The Elmore Hotel in Southlake, Texas, an America 250 pool party cabana at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, and a fireworks event at Three Waters Resort and Marina in Islamorada, Florida. Family-oriented options include waterslides and a splash pad at Arizona Biltmore, an 892-foot lazy river and Family Pass at Hilton Orlando, and a kiddie pool at San Diego Mission Bay Resort.
The platform’s selection extends beyond pool access into spa and wellness amenities. Listed examples include amenity access without a treatment at The Dominick’s Sisley Spa in New York, a hydrotherapy-focused Spa Pass at Eden Roc Miami Beach, and spa-garden access at The Lodge at Sonoma Resort & Spa. ResortPass also cited research that 43% of parents say they return from family holidays more exhausted than when they left, using that finding to frame daycations as a lower-lift alternative for families.
ResortPass said it works with more than 2,700 hotel partners across 30 countries, including the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. The summer selection therefore presents the daycation not simply as a pool pass, but as a format for turning hotel facilities into event-led, family-oriented and wellness-focused visits. Its significance rests on the range of occasions hotels can serve during the day, while the release leaves availability and experience details to individual properties and bookings.
