TAICEND, the public-facing brand of TAICEND TECHNOLOGY CO,. LTD., has introduced an Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis (IAD) Care System for elderly and fragile skin. The three-part system combines cleansing, protective film and wound powder in a single care pathway. Its focus is the practical management of skin affected by prolonged moisture and irritation, including the needs of both professional caregivers and households.
The system is designed around the stages of cleansing, protection and recovery. TAICEND says prolonged moisture and irritation linked to diaper use can contribute to redness, pain and skin erosion, making gentle cleansing an important part of IAD care. The company positions the product range as a way to bring those steps together rather than treating cleansing, protection and wound care as separate tasks.
The first product, TAICEND Protective Wound Cleansing Mousse, uses Poloxamer 188, hyaluronic acid and amino acids and is intended to cleanse without rinsing while supporting the skin barrier. Medishield Invisible Film follows with a breathable, non-sticky protective layer applied through a no-touch spray. TAICEND Wound Powder is intended for fragile skin and wounds with moderate to heavy exudate, using polysaccharides and amino acids to support granulation tissue formation while absorbing wound fluid.
TAICEND says the powder is suitable for acute and chronic wounds, mildly bleeding wounds, abrasions and wounds involving epidermal tissue loss. The company also describes the film as containing jojoba oil, olive oil, vitamin E and provitamin B5, with the ingredients intended to nourish sensitive skin and reinforce epidermal lipids. Those claims place the system at the intersection of daily personal care and clinical wound management, while the company’s stated emphasis remains simple, routine use.
The IAD Care System is being presented for professional and home use, with TAICEND saying it is intended to simplify daily care, improve comfort and help reduce recurrence. The company is showcasing the system at MEDICAL Japan 2026 in Hall 2, Booth 6. Its broader significance lies in packaging several stages of fragile-skin management into one coordinated range, giving TAICEND a focused proposition in elderly skin protection and wound care.
