Complete Care combines recurring services at participating locations with online training and 24/7 veterinary telehealth.
The Dog Stop has launched Complete Care, a monthly membership that combines routine grooming, boarding extras and access to veterinary telehealth. The plan is open to customers who already use the chain’s daycare as well as those who want to sign up separately.
The membership includes one bath a month, unlimited walk-in nail trims and a 15% discount on grooming and retail purchases. Each overnight boarding stay comes with an upgrade that includes a bedtime treat, a daily add-on and a wellness note at pickup.
Members also get an online obedience and enrichment curriculum. The Dog Stop team handles monthly wellness check-ins, which include measurements and a weigh-in. A separate telehealth service offers access to a licensed veterinarian around the clock.
The company plans to add an optional activity and wellness tracker powered by Fi Collar. The announced $19.99 activation fee covers the device and six months of monitoring, with renewal optional after that period. The tracker has yet to launch.
Complete Care is available in person at participating locations. The announced monthly price is $49 for existing daycare members and $69 for standalone members, with no long-term commitment. Pricing and services may vary by location.
