The Grand Bohemian pairs an INEOS Grenadier base with integrated off-grid systems, positioning compact expedition vehicles between everyday transport and long-range travel.
Storyteller Overland has introduced the Grand Bohemian, a turnkey micro camper built on the INEOS Grenadier SUV platform. The vehicle combines a full-time four-wheel-drive base with an integrated living system intended to support daily driving, weekend trips and extended travel. Its arrival reflects the company’s effort to broaden the adventure-vehicle format beyond conventional camper vans while preserving the practical requirements of off-road use.
The Grand Bohemian is built on the INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster and uses a BMW 3.0-litre engine with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. Storyteller says the vehicle is designed around the Grenadier’s body-on-frame architecture, global service footprint and off-road capability. That platform gives the compact camper a different starting point from the van-based layouts that have traditionally defined much of the recreational-vehicle market.
Its equipment includes EVICTUS Prerunner suspension, Torque Enduro wheels and BFGoodrich off-road tyres, alongside a front-mounted winch, auxiliary lighting and a twin onboard ARB air compressor. A fully integrated Alu-Cab roof conversion provides a low-profile sleeping area with standing room when deployed, while a 270-degree shadow awning extends the usable outdoor space. Inside, the design uses refined materials and warm textures rather than treating the cabin solely as a utility compartment.
The vehicle’s off-grid systems are intended to support longer stays away from established facilities. The 5.4kWh power system can be supported by up to 400 watts of solar generation and 30-amp shore power, while 10.5 gallons of filtered freshwater and a petrol-powered heating system provide water, cabin heat and hot water. Storyteller says the Grand Bohemian is fully RVIA-certified, giving owners access to long-term financing options, nationwide dealer support and a unified warranty.
That combination of integrated engineering and recreational-vehicle infrastructure places the Grand Bohemian at the intersection of premium outdoor equipment and compact mobility. Rather than relying on post-purchase accessories, Storyteller has presented the vehicle as a single adventure system in which the chassis, living components and support arrangements are developed to work together. For Storyteller Overland, the model extends its proposition from adaptable camper vans towards a smaller, more rugged form of expedition travel without abandoning the comforts associated with longer journeys.
