Sebring Resorts has topped off the first phase of its luxury townhomes while releasing $12 million in sales inventory, highlighting a motorsport-oriented property strategy.
Sebring Resorts has reached the topping-off milestone for Phase One of its luxury townhomes in Sebring, Florida, with the release reporting that 75% of the phase has sold out. The announcement also puts $12 million of sales inventory into focus as construction progresses. The project links high-end residential development with the area’s motorsports identity and the nearby Sebring International Raceway.
The townhomes are designed as three-storey residences aimed at owners of motorhomes, cars, motorcycles or boats. Each property totals 4,590 square feet and includes a private elevator, while the first floor is configured around a climate-controlled 1,800-square-foot garage. The release said the garage has 16-foot ceilings, a 16-by-14-foot overhead door and a bathroom, with options including a mechanics area, wet bars and car lifts.
Residential space occupies the second floor, with an open-plan living area, kitchen, owner’s suite, two guest bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room and a lanai with glass railings. The third floor contains a 990-square-foot Sky Lounge with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Its listed features include a covered barbecue grill, bar, sink, refrigerator, wine cooler and ice maker, extending the homes’ motorsport and leisure positioning beyond vehicle storage.
The development is also being presented around security and resilience. The release said the townhomes are located in an X zone with a FEMA elevation of 69 feet and are constructed with solid concrete and hurricane-rated glass. It also reported that the Phase II price increase was scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2026, while describing the broader Sebring Resorts portfolio as including motor garages, a proposed race-inspired RV park, a shopping plaza, aircraft hangars and covered storage for race-car haulers and recreational vehicles.
The announcement positions the townhomes as a central element of Sebring Resorts’ broader vision for motorsport-focused living in Central Florida. Alongside the construction milestone, the reported sell-through of Phase One gives the project a clear commercial marker without extending beyond the company’s stated sales update. With the first phase topping out and further inventory released, the development’s next stage will be defined by the remaining sales activity and the planned progression of Phase Two.
