The new lotion collection combines 48-hour hydration, five nourishing butters and oils, and dessert-inspired scents at a price positioned below $5.
Suave is bringing a new body-lotion collection to the personal-care market, combining clinically proven 48-hour hydration with gourmand-inspired fragrance and a price of $4.97. The Suave 48HR Moisture Lotion Collection includes lightweight, non-greasy formulas designed to absorb quickly while supporting the skin barrier. The launch places fragrance and moisturisation on equal footing, reflecting a product strategy that treats everyday body care as both functional and sensory.
The collection arrives as dessert-inspired fragrance continues to shape the language of beauty and personal care. Suave has built the range around three scents: Vanilla Suede, with cacao cream, vanilla and sueded musk; Strawberry Delight, combining fresh strawberries, caramel and Chantilly cream; and Pistachio Cream, featuring almond, sugar praline and roasted pistachio. Each gives the product a distinct olfactory profile without moving it outside the accessible body-care category.
The formulas use five butters and oils: shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, argan oil and soybean oil. Suave says the combination leaves skin feeling softer and healthier-looking, while the lotions are free from parabens, mineral oils, dyes and phthalates. The products will be sold in 18-ounce bottles and are scheduled to be available from September 2026 through Walmart and Amazon.
The range also extends beyond a single product format. Each lotion scent can be paired with a complementary Suave Exfoliating Body Wash, creating a broader fragrance routine around the collection. That pairing gives the brand a way to connect moisturisation, cleansing and scent while retaining the everyday-use positioning associated with its wider hair and body-care portfolio.
For Suave, the collection illustrates how value-led personal care can incorporate more elaborate fragrance cues and ingredient stories without abandoning an accessible price point. The company describes its mission as making trusted beauty and personal-care products available to all, and the new lotions apply that positioning to a category where sensory appeal is becoming a central part of the proposition.
