A multi-year collaboration will combine resort dining, chef-led events and original programming, extending Chef’s Table’s culinary storytelling into live guest experiences.
Wynn Resorts is partnering with Chef’s Table, the culinary brand behind the Netflix documentary series, on a global programme that will bring chefs, dining experiences and original content together at Wynn Las Vegas. The collaboration begins in September with Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table, a transformation of the resort’s Revelry tasting experience into a platform for exploring the future of fine dining. The development matters because it links a recognised screen-based food brand with the physical hospitality environment where guests can eat, meet chefs and participate in events.
The first weekend is designed as a broad culinary and entertainment programme rather than a single restaurant activation. Its schedule includes an Icons dinner, a chef and celebrity cookoff, a golf tournament, a nightlife experience at XS and The Feast, a grand tasting built around dishes from Chef’s Table talent. Wynn and Chef’s Table also plan additional Connoisseur by Wynn experiences and the first Chef’s Table Honors, positioning the partnership across dining, leisure and recognition.
The programme’s central event, Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table, is scheduled for September at Wynn Las Vegas. The Icons dinner is set for Thursday, Sept. 17, followed by the cookoff and Club Gourmet nightlife experience on Friday, Sept. 18. The golf tournament and The Feast grand tasting are scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, with The Feast including a judging panel that will select a recipient of the Taste of Tomorrow award. Further information is due in the coming weeks.
For Chef’s Table, the partnership extends a brand that premiered on Netflix in 2015 and has built its identity around intimate portrayals of chefs around the world. The company says it is entering a broader growth phase through brand partnerships and Chef’s Table: Talks, a podcast hosted by David Gelb. For Wynn, the arrangement adds a storytelling and talent layer to its existing resort dining offer, while keeping the initial programme anchored at its Las Vegas property.
The collaboration illustrates how hospitality operators can use culinary programming to make dining part of a wider destination experience, combining food with nightlife, celebrity participation, golf and filmed-brand recognition. Its stated ambition is to develop original and meaningful programming across a multi-year relationship, but the immediate evidence is the September schedule and its concentration of live events. Wynn Resorts is therefore presenting the partnership as an expansion of what resort dining can encompass, with Chef’s Table providing the culinary identity and Wynn providing the venues and guest infrastructure.
