A one-year staffing agreement with the Bangkok luxury hotel expands YY Group’s premium hospitality client base and supports its wider Southeast Asian growth strategy.
YY Group Holding Limited, also known as YY Group, has added The Landmark Bangkok to its hospitality client portfolio through a one-year manpower outsourcing contract signed by its Thai subsidiary, YY Circle (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The agreement extends the company’s presence in Bangkok’s luxury hotel market while giving greater visibility to its Thailand manpower operations.
YY Circle Thailand joined YY Group in June 2025 and has since built a portfolio of hotel clients that includes Central Group, CP All, Shangri-La, Banyan Tree, Hyatt, Sheraton and JW Marriott. The Landmark Bangkok brings another five-star property into that network and increases the concentration of clients in the Bangkok metropolitan area. YY Group said the denser local base can support operational efficiency and workforce utilisation.
The contract adds to YY Group’s broader operations across Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, where the company provides on-demand staffing and integrated facilities management services. The group describes itself as a Singapore-headquartered, technology-enabled workforce platform serving sectors including hospitality, logistics, retail and healthcare. Its systems include digital platforms and Internet of Things-enabled tools intended to help clients manage variable labour requirements and operating environments.
Chief executive and executive director Mike Fu said the new hotel relationship would strengthen the group’s operational footprint and talent pool in Thailand. Jirapat Haetanurak, co-founder and country director of YY Circle Thailand, said the contract reflected confidence among premium hospitality operators in the subsidiary’s people, technology-enabled staffing model and ability to deliver service at scale. Those comments position the agreement as part of a deliberate effort to build operational density rather than as an isolated client addition.
YY Group said Thailand is intended to become a significant manpower revenue contributor alongside its other established Asian subsidiaries. The company also pointed to international tourism and demand for flexible, compliant manpower solutions as factors creating opportunities in the country’s hospitality workforce market. The Landmark Bangkok contract therefore gives the group another foothold in a concentrated premium segment as it works to expand recurring manpower activity in Thailand.
